I’m a gamer girl
I used this with my MacBook before I got my Pc, to stream to TikTok and Twitch. It can be a little confusing to set up, but it works great once you get it figured out. I don’t think it was a problem with the device so much as it was a problem with figuring out Streamlabs and how to connect it to Streamlabs. Nothing a little YouTube search can’t fix. It has a great quality sound and picture. It’s small and portable if you want to take it on the go. I connect it to my monitor and my laptop or pc. It’s a great device for the money. No need to install hardware. It connects automatically.

First time user - easy and reliable
The media could not be loaded. I had never used one of these capture cards before so I was a little worried when there was no software or computer installation instructions but as it turns out, they aren’t necessary.I should clarify - this DID come with instructions but they only show how to physically connect which cable to each kind of device.Regardless, the software side of things worked out fine.On Windows, the necessary drivers were automatically installed and the device was recognized immediately. In Windows Device Manager, it will show up as 'USB3 Video' in the 'Camera' category and as 'Digital Audio Interface (USB3 Digital Audio)' in the 'Audio inputs and outputs' category.Setup process:I plugged this into a Windows 11 computer via the provided USB 3.0 cable, downloaded and installed OBS Studio (it’s a popular opensource (free) app that lets you record or stream whatever is plugged into the HDMI input on the capture card).I opened OBS Studio and added the capture card as a video source ('USB3 Video') and as an audio source ('Digital Audio Interface (USB3 Digital Audio)').Plugged in a game console, hit record, and that’s all it took!I attached a video of me playing one of those all-in-one retro gaming consoles.I did not record the audio but I can confirm that audio input worked in OBS Studio. It was for another product review but this shows the video quality.*Note that the video has been lightly edited (wherever you see blue captions).

Works great and well made
This product works great and is made well. I upgraded from a capture card stick that plugged directly into USBA but the weight of the HDMI cable kept pulling the card out so I figured I’d give this one a try. The style is much easier on your ports and doesn’t pull out on its own due to the capture card not directly attached to computer but rather connected with separate usb cable.

Just buy a good this ain't worth being a paper weight
Not worth hdmi cable went bad, so I replaced with a higher quality, then eventually my screen would go black for about 5 seconds then come back. Spend the money get a better one this is not the area you want to save money. On that note lessoned learned! Glad it wasn't expensive!

Works well, poor docs, tricky to configure audio
The device basically works well. Plug it in, fire up Win 10 Camera, and you're recording. Two weaknesses: First, the documentation is weak. "How to contact the vendor" instructions are out of date (okay, Amazon is a real moving target on this one). Second, configuring sound is tricky and there is no documentation. To get sound running (Win10, YMMV), go into System>Sound, scroll down to Audio, and select USB3 Digital. After a couple of tries, that worked for me.

Good Budget Capture card, 1080p resolution
It is very good and easy to setup and very good for the money, works with an extra hdmi and the usb, if your trying to stream on obs and show you console gameplay, make sure to have a 2nd monitor, keep your obs on one, and then keep your game on the other, and add the capture card as a video capture device on sources, it’s a very nice capture card it dosent lag, it’s a good size and the color is very good, it’s definitely better then using a remote play at to stream
