This is a really substantial parasol base which we needed for our large parasol (the old base kept blowing over ). The weight and sturdiness of this base means it should withstand the breeziest of days. The great benefit of this stand is that it comes with wheels so is exceptionally easy to move around. The order was delivered within the promised timeframe and was well packaged, undamaged and true to descriptionIt was easy to put together and the parasol was in and working within minutes. Excellent service and product and we will buy from this company again.

Delightful to the eye, very sturdy and stable, but also easy to move with the hidden wheels and sturdy handle. Can’t wait to have it in situ.

It’s got weight to it. Holds my parasol in place very well and doesn’t take up too much space. Not cheap but great value for money.

The media could not be loaded. This is without a doubt the worst product I have ever had the misfortune of ordering on Amazon. Not only was the quality of the product shocking, which can be seen from my pictures. Not only have they not tried to colour match their bonding product but they've got for a colour than obviously stands out. Then there's the whole for the bolt through the middle. This has been done by drilling half way on one side and then the same on the other but the two holes do not line up and the bolt cannot pass through.After seeing all this I had already decided to return the item and as I was carrying the item to put it back in the box the handle came out of the slab, hit the floor (missing my toes by millimetres) and hitting my glass panel on the front door which thankfully didn't shatter but did chip.Avoid the shoddy product at all costs!

Item arrived slightly delayed , but item arrived with box and item intact and easy to put together. Delighted with item.( had previously order a similar product from different seller on Amazon - which was a nightmare - after waiting over 2 weeks, it never arrived at all - and then the replacement one - arrived and box was torn and ripped and granite was smashed and broken) .This item arrived with no issues at all. Highly recommend product and company.

Lovely weight for a garden parasol. It has different spacers for different sized poles so should fit most standard parasols.The design is modern and attractive, and it has more than enough weight to keep the parasol in place, even when it's breezy.It also has small plastic wheels and a handle for easier movement, though we did find them to be a bit tricky to put in the slab and keep them in.Pricy at first glance, but I can see it lasting years and years, so good value in that sense.

Bought this 3 yrs ago. Its very good at staying where its put as its very heavy. BUT.... with the motion of the wind turning it the one steel bolt holding it all together works itself loose & you have to tighten it it up... using a very long socket set. Now unfortunately after 3 yrs the steel bolt rusted solid & would not tighten up. I had to cut mine off and fit a new bolt which was not easy. Both the manufacturer & the seller say they do not supply spare parts. So if you do buy one make sure to regularly grease the bolt to prevent rusting. Also you will still have to regularly tighten it up.
