Quality looking product.
We had just finished doing a volted ceiling in a porch and saw this light advertised it was just what we wanted looks great and very stylish, also came packaged realy well.

Not as advertised
Please be aware that although it states these are clear shades they are not, they are tinted grey. It's too big to drop off at the post office/Asda so you have to ask for a pick up and arrange your own label. Unfortunately I don't have access to a printer and customer service will not help and end the chat. Apparently you cannot leave zero stars either

Hi I am trying to get hold of the seller as 1 of the glass circle broke as we took.it out of the box..it may have been cracked a little as the other were all fine .We have had it fitted by the electeician and need to purchase the glass ball part.Pls can someone get in touch with me .Thanks
