Not worth the money
I paid over 2000.00 for a machines that is incapable to saving customized setting. For EACH load you start with a preset setting and if you want cold or warm water, med spin, light soil etc. you have to go through the steps of changing the default. There is no "my cycle" or save feature. This machine is WAY overpriced for the lack of features to other machines like the Samsung. They were able to incorporate WI-FI that is absolutely not necessary except to justify the increased costs but were not able to include a save feature. If I could send this thing back I would. It's frustrating and the clothes don't get any cleaner then other machines. Not easy to use. The dryer requires time drying and many times my clothes are either too hot or too damp.
