NIRMAN Acacia Wood round wooden storage jar with Lid for Keeping Cookies, Coffee, Flour, Sugar, Rice & Other Dry Foods (4.5" x 4.5" x 6")

My family recently started using cast iron, stainless and wood instead of aluminum, plastic and teflon for cooking. I needed a place to store my lint free cotton cloths with olive oil that I use to wipe and re-season my cast iron pans. I didn't want them sitting on the counter getting dirty or looking cluttered. This wooden container was the perfect solution. It seals enough to keep the cloths clean and ready to use, is the perfect size without being overbearing on the counter, and it matches the other wood cooking utensils.

This item is beautiful, elegant, and useful, but I wish it was larger.

The lid doesn’t fit tightly as others have noted. But I never intended to use it anyways so I don’t care. The wood is beautiful. As another person did, I quoted it with mineral oil which gave it a lovely gloss. But I may throw on a coat of poly to give it a lasting shine. It’s gorgeous.

This storage jar is great for holding all sorts of things and it is so pretty and smart-looking. I am using it for my biscotti. I love it. Thank you.

I love the container but the lid just sits on top and does not fit tight at all so i will use it for something that's not food

You can fit maybe six cookies in here. I was thinking a full size cookie jar. But, it is perfect for my M & Ms.Good quality

It holds tea bags but it's not airtight. The lid fits kinda loosely and has an indentation in the wood on top of lid in center kind of like they were going to add a knob on top but decided not too. It is pretty though but I may need to purchase a knob for it at some point. Is great to hold pre packaged items like tea, fortune cookies, pre packaged candy like the mini size or Hershey's kisses. I wouldn't put flour, sugar in there as it's not airtight.

This wood jar is perfect for my mushroom coffee. I absolutely love it. It thick wood and very sturdy.
