Performance
The fan is good. Works silently. With six nldes it looks elegant. Ease of operation from bed itself is great. The most fascinating thing is reverse rotating and dimming led light. Over-all it is awesome;Thankyou Havai and Amazon.The only lacunae is local technician. Never responds and showed us a ticket less cinema for installation and that too not in a perfect way. The company should engage good workmen which goes a long way in performance and company business.

Good Product - Worth buying over Havells or Atomberg
Its the same as atomberg or havells in terms of quality. I have both btw. The only small drawback is amazon's tech support. I had an issue with the remote of one fan not working. Amazon asked me to return the product for a remote replacement which was ridiculous as the product was working and only the accessory was bad. Just call the support number on the warranty card and they will mail out a new remote to you in 3 days. Amazon has no information on this and arranges for a complete product replacement. I would buy this product again if needed.

Problem in fan
The media could not be loaded. Pls assistant to send agent for resolution of Fan issue. In summer, we are facing hot atmosphere in room since long. Pls do the needful. Prompt revert and resolution is highly appreciate.

Don't buy it
The media could not be loaded. It's total west of money, it wobbles and make sound.You will not feel shafe to seat under as it is not stable. Very very bad product total wastage money. And once you buy it they will not take it back willfully, you have to call amazon number of times to put up return request.
