Having been a runner for 30 years it’s starting to catch up with my old Legs! I’m suffering for tight Glutes and Hammys since doing a silly challenge in May. I got this ball to try and free up the tightness along with some other leg exercises. I can say that you can actually feel this working on the knots and tightness in your muscles. Can’t believe I’ve waited this long to get something like this. It’s simply brilliant. Wouldn’t be without it now.Only down side, the dog, Dougie a black lab, thinks it’s his! He would dearly love to chew it to pieces in seconds!!!

Really helps me with shoulder pain but why the plastic caps on either end?! As soon as you roll onto this point the ball skids across the surface you are rolling against. Would be perfect without this feature

Suffer with really painful fibrotic nodules in back and shoulder which can't get at physio recommend using a tennis ball but I found it wasn't firm enough so purchased this omg first use knot was gone and pain eased after few hours definitely recommend for anyone who gets knots they can't reach

This ball is fantastic to use, does the job without those prickly spikes... so much more comfortable to use. Love it!
