I've tried so many hot styling brushes but this is one of the best - not only does it smooth and curl my (shortish) hair with ease but its so fabulously portable. With one click it folds in half and is ideal for travelling. There is only one slight downside and that is the cord length - its not very long so you need to be near a plug.The brush does get hot so you need to be careful, although I don't need to wear a glove and I've never burnt my head. The tip however stays cool so you can easily hold the brush in place.I've used it several times now and am really pleased with it. This doesn't affect my review but it was a nice touch to receive a message from the seller, offering a guaranteed refund if not satisfied. Good customer service goes a long way!

Ordered this for a holiday abroad flying with hand luggage only. Didn't take it in the end but just due to lack of space. First impressions; positives are it looks good, the whole item feels light & does fold as shown, it heats up quickly, contrary to some reviews it does have adjustable temperatures 140/160/180 degrees, it curls hair well (short hair) I always use a heat protection product. Negatives - the plug is absolutely huge and makes it less convenient an item for packing small, the controls look and feel a bit cheap and plastic but they work well, however, it is very difficult when using it to not accidentally adjust the thermostat settings, this may take some practice! If you wind your hair fully on the brush you need to be careful when unwinding or it could snag. Overall, I would recommend it for short hair to add some quick curl and bounce both at home or when travelling, it is a decent product for the price.

Love it. I am 70. Have had various hair lengths over the years and used numerous curling devices.This is the first one that is absolutely brilliant. Bought it for taking away on holidays as it folds. But find myself using it every day. Love it. My hair is layered and longest layer is 1 inch below my ear - the size of the barrel is fine

If you leave a bit of your hair slightly bit wet the brush sizzles. Also where my hair was dry it has made the ends frizzy. My hair is ruined. Worst brush I’ve ever bought.UPDATEIt’s now September and my hair still hasn’t recovered. I've tried several products to bring it back to the good condition it was in. I’ve tried several times to contact the seller to complain and ask for a refund. Impossible because I’d gone past the 30 days to return but it was one of my birthday gifts from my husband so didn’t use it for quite a while. Buying and using this brush has left me quite depressed because everyone values the good condition of their hair and my hair is certainly not in good condition. Also my hair keeps breaking off. Steer clear of this brush.Update 27th DecemberIt’s taken a lot of money and time to get my hair in better condition. For example Cloud Nine hair conditioner at £25 a tube helped very much to restore it. Now that I’ll give 5 stars for. This brush is dangerous and Amazon should withdraw it.

Brush larger than I thought. Heats up quickly.

Firstly, I just want to say a big thank you to the seller. I received a message from them which quite frankly blew my mind. Old fashioned curtesy, care for their customers showing true commitment and that bloody rare as hens teeth these days.The product just makes styling my hair a doddle, it’s fast, it’s neat, but certainly not too small like you might imagine. The barrel is ideal for most hair lengths, and folded up makes it neat and easy to take away with you. I can’t praise it enough. And I don’t give praise lightly. Happy days.

I purchased this styler with the view of taking it on holiday abroad, but tried it and it is absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend it, it's light and value for money..
