Very happy with the HK Go + Play 3. Sound has great clarity, deep accurate bass and a relatively wide sound stage for an all in one portable speaker.Also has hidden eq modes for treble and bass (not mentioned in quick start guide). Push volume + and phone icon buttons simultaneously to change treble eq. One yellow flash of the LED light is treble reduction. Two yellow flashes is default or normal. Three yellow flashes is treble boost.For bass eq push Volume - and Bluetooth icon simultaneously. Again, one yellow flash for bass reduction, two flashes for default/normal and three for bass boost.Update: I continue to be more and more impressed by this speaker. It responds very well to the Spotify equalizer. Just a slight bump in the lower and mid frequencies and the already great sounding speaker becomes even more alive and absolutely fills the room with clear, rich, realistic sound. The bass is tight, deep and visceral. The vocals are crystal clear, rich and full.As others have noted, the build quality is very solid. It’s a bit on the heavier side but the weight exudes quality.Update 6-26-24:I liked this speaker so much that I bought a second one to pair it with. Pairing them in TWS is quick and simple. The sound quality which was already amazing is on another level now. Using bass eq mode 3 creates bass that is so deep, accurate and distortion free. Enough to vibrate your guts on bass heavy songs. I used a third party equalizer to give it a very slight bump at 400Hz. This added depth to the vocals. The overall sound is rich, clear and full bodied. BT range is excellent. No issues with dropping out or any type of glitches.One minor gripe. I wish the controls were backlit. Without lighting or any type of tactile indication of a button the controls can be hard to locate in dim lightingAlso, this is not a great speaker for outdoor use. It’s best to place it in a corner or close to a wall to optimize the bass from the downward firing subwooferUpdate 2-23-25: Bought a third one for my girlfriend a few months ago. Can confidently say that as good as the Go+Play 3 sounds out of the box, it will sound even better after a break in period. Never use to believe that speaker “run/burn in” was a real thing until now

Best audio that I’ve heard come from “Bluetooth Audio - Bluetooth style speakers “ as close as it’s gotten to real stereo sound in my opinion. It would be cool if it had an app. But it has 3 Eq’s to choose from . I’d probably wind up making the audio worse if they did provide an audio eq. But I have dozens of Bluetooth speakers. This is the one I use the most & for when I simply want want top quality audio. I have dozens of other speakers (some very good) but none that I own sound as good as this Go + Play 3. when I just want to enjoy the best sounding speaker own I use the HarmanKardon go + play 3. I love the down facing subwoofer & the touchscreen top . It just sounds great ! It’s built with top quality materials nothing cheap about this product the size is perfect for in your living area or bedroom. (With no App) itMakes it one of the easier speakers to use . I get zero distortion with this portable Bluetooth speaker ! It’s my number 1 speaker , without a doubt.

I have the Go+Play 3 and the version before this one. Both are excellent and very enjoyable. The things I like about the current version are the deep low bass thanks to the down firing sub. Good midrange and smooth highs. The sound is excellent for most music but the bass can get too heavy for me on some heavy bass tracks. That's where being able to adjust the highs and lows with the built in EQ is really nice. The Go+Play 2 is also an excellent speaker with not as much deep bass but a more sparkling high end. Nice wide soundstage and very sweet sounding. On some tracks it can get a bit shrill but overall just a great sound. It's lighter and a bit smaller too.Both are excellent and I'm glad I have them both.

H/K just made the best speaker ever. I own Go Play 2 also, which I really love and thought it was impossible to beat in term of sound quality for portable bluetooth speakers until I got this one. I just can't believe you can get it for $200! It's perfect all around, the materials, the sound, the look, it's a really premium product no doubt. Sound is very subjective from person to person and I'm not an average music nerd, I'm very experienced person who own a lot of professional audio stuff such as DAC's, tube amps, headphones, speakers and I know how music should sounds right. This speaker is a gem. Just get it and thank me later. Do not pay attention on Youtube reviews, I really don't understand tbh why ppl complaining about the sound, that the bass is boomy and all that bs. The sound is just right, how it should be. Give it some space, do not put right it in front of the wall, it's a very powerful thing, it needs free air around. I'm very happy with it like a child. I don't care if you'll not buy this and you'll never know how enjoyable music could be. Not my problem.

This seller has a 67% rating according to Amazon and the shock in the support members voice made me worry that this price was too good to be true. Based off the reaction the support member had when he slowly said “67% wow that’s not good!”, needless to say, that had me worried that this was going to be a scam.Fortunately for me, it was not. The reason I questioned it in the first place is because the seller tracking info on Amazon showed the package was picked up by the shipping company, but when I searched the tracking information on the shippers website it showed that the package was never received. 5 days later, and after the support team reached out to the seller, my package was sent and I received it today. I am extremely happy with the sound quality! It had an elegant design with room filling sound. Thank you for not being a scam!
