Organic Amla berries Vitamin C
I've taken other Kiki health supplements and have found them beneficial and reliable. This Vit C is a great supplement which has been good addition to my daily intake. It's organic and derived from Amla berries.Amla is much more potent than citrus for vitamin c and is particularly beneficial for eye health.50 caps at one or two a day.I've taken one a day so these will last 7 weeks.I've noticed a subtle but positive improvement in energy levels and overall well-being,.The gradual enhancement means I'm confident in its benefits, especially with consistent use.I haven't experienced any side effects and it's easy to take.Great product and would recommend and rebuy.

Very overpriced
It's hard to review supplements, as it takes a while to feel the effect - if you feel any effect at all. These capsules come in a very unusual dosage of 450mg per capsule, with the dosage being 2 capsules. It's hard not to think that it's a way to confuse consumers, who are used to more standard dosages. A bottle contains 50 capsules, so you only get 25 days' worth of vitamins, which, for the current retail price, it's nothing short of extortionate.Vitamin C is vitamin C, and you can get very good quality vitamin C at your local supermarket for a lot less.

Under a months supply
It states to use 1 or 2 capsule a day, so its 25 days per bottle (or 12 days), which is pretty expensive. At the time of this review, that is £16.20. Also, why only 25, as that is a strange number, most are usually 30 days. Maybe it’s the Amla in it that brings up the cost. The bottle is small size, and dark brown glass so as not to have any sunlight damage, containing 25 capsules. The label states the nutritional information as well as ingredients and directions for use. The bottle has a sealed foil inside, so no contamination. The expiry date is June 2027, at the time of this review that is over two years.

Easy to Swallow capsules
I like the size of these capsules, they're smaller than my other supplements. I take two of these a day now the weather has turned colder which means that this bottle will only last me 25 days.I'd not heard of Amla before, apparently it's an Indian Gooseberry so it's natural and organic so what's not to like. There does appear to be some contradictory information on the label with regards to the serving size of 2 capsules containing 900mg of Vitamin C whereas under nutritional information it says 2 capsules provide 450mg of Vitamin C. There is obviously a mistype so the manufacturers really need to sort that out. I personally take it to read that there is 450mg per capsules and if you choose to take the two capsules then it will give you 900mg of Vitamin C.

Expensive, poor labelling
I always take vitamin C so I was keen to try these. They are capsules of a moderate size and quite easy to swallow, and I preferred that to the big chalky tablets high-dose Vitamin C tablets often are, as they can leave an odd taste in the mouth and can be harder to take. So that's a positive. However, these are very expensive. You only get 50 and they suggest you take 1 or 2 a day, so it's less than a months supply if you take two and 50 days if you take one - rather odd quantity - 60 tablets would at least a mean a round month or two months supply. The labelling is also odd. It says each capsule contains 450mg of vitamin C (again, odd quantity - most high-dose tablets are 500mg) but then under "nutrition information" it says a serving is 2 capsules which give you... 450mg again. So which is it? Is each capsule 450mg or 225mg?I don't know if the source of the vitamin C is superior, as they specify it as though it's a good thing but don't really provide any evidence or even claim it's better. So ultimately you're paying a lot of money for a below-average quantity of vitamin C (even if it is 450mg per capsule most makes give you 500mg) and contradictory labelling, which reduces my faith in the product if they can make such a basic labelling error.I've given them 2 stars for being easy to take with no aftertaste, but the other issues mean I wouldn't buy them again.

Good Product But Strange Quantity
Kiki Health products don't usually disappoint and this one is no exception from a quality point of view. The vitamin C is derived from Amla, otherwise known as Indian gooseberry. The recommended dose is 1 capsule once or twice per day ideally 30 minutes before meals. If you take the full 2 capsules dose it gives 563% of your daily recommended intake. This is where I find the quantities a bit strange. The bottle contains 50 capsules so at this rate won't even last a month. I'd have much preferred to see this as the almost universally standard quantity of a 30 day supply. This is my only gripe with them. On the plus side they are easy to swallow and come in vegetable based capsules so are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Expensive and label information unclear
Small capsules (approx. 18mm long) which are coated and easy to swallow. Ordered at the end of August 2024, and the use by date is 03/26, so they have a long shelf life. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans according to the label. Now, I do not claim to know much about amla extract which is the ingredient here, but at £22.50 when ordered (currently around £18) for fifty capsules lasting 25 days I feel this stuff must be miraculous in some way for this price. The label needs sorting out, as it states one capsule provides 450mg vitamin C, then further down it states two capsules provides the same 450mg so which is it and what is the daily dose supposed to be?
