Excellent product, well worth the money
These briquettes are ideal for keeping my woodburner going when I want to pop out for a few hours and still come back to a warm fire which is easily rekindled.Less expensive than some on the market - I will definitely be ordering again

Very expensive for what you get…
I burn wood and coal all winter and don’t have heating so I am totally reliant on my wood stove which I think makes me an expert on this.They burn reasonably hot and relatively slow but would not last 6 hours or overnight. They create a LOT of ash as well which is an indication of incomplete combustion which si why they last longer than other compressed wood.Given their price it would be far better to buy coal at about £15 for 20kg from a coal merchant.

Work well
I use these to keep the lounge warm overnight. We have no other heating in this room and the briquettes keep the chill off.I’m only using one a night at the moment and, with the door closed, the room isn’t too cold in the morning. I’ll try 2 on really cold nights.I can’t relight the fire from the embers but that’s not the reason for buying them. They’re not cheap but no more expensive than having the heating on overnight.Overall I’m very pleased.

It claims it burns for 6-8 hoursBut does not, max burn is 1-2 hours of lots of mess and really not what it says on the boxI was really excited to try these when i seen the description but was left disappointed ☹️I could have burned my money on good quality logs from B&Q they give great heat and burn for 2 hours strong

Waste of money - purchased for slow heat in winter months over night !Not for me !

These are terrrrrific
They brightened my wood burner and lasted for 7 hours. Much longer than the coal fires we had when I was a kid in the 1940s. I am new to wood burners and having moved recently to the beautiful county of Norfolk I decided to invest in logs so these are extremely useful and will save on gas central heating.

Slow burning
I’m not sure these last as long as 8 hours, but they are slow burners and will stop the fire from going out if you have to leave it for a few hours. I will buy these again
