Much needed for women
These tablets are super easy to consumeSince chewable. No water required. Orange flavour makes it very tasty. Nowadays due to lessExposure to sun, vit D is very low for most of us. This is the most convenient way to improve our Vit D levels. Also it provides vit. K which also helps in improving bone & heart health. I feel my immunity & energy have also improved after having these tablets. No side effects noted. Much recommended.

Didn't feel any difference
Honestly, I didn't feel any difference in my mood, cracking sounds or anything... I felt like my hairfall increased (I don't know why but when I took it, my hair shedding increased)

Container to be modified to keep airtight
This is my 2nd order , very nice product, but one thing to note is the packing is airtight but once you open the seal,The bottle lid is not airtight, so the pills get moisture after some use. The container with lid needs some modification to keep it airtight.
