Best customer care
This is one of the best cabinets and customer care I ever had. The cabinet contains a lot of stuff and very limited space occupied. Perfect for small apartments. The building it was easy as it has very clear directions. Works perfectly fine even till now. I bought two and put on each side of queen bed. After 1 whole year I moved to another city and one of the drawers broke. I contacted the seller if i can purchase the missing part but they send it to me right away all for free. The best customer care ever, wont ditch you on the way

Compact and fanctionable
Great for my teen daughters room which is small, so this is a good compact option that stores her clothing nicely.

Handle issue
This would have been a five star review but one of the handles are not usable. The screws will not fit in the pre drilled holes in the handle or line up with the holes in the drawer. I have reached out by email to the seller but no response after two months.

Defective Parts
Build the dresser about 90% completed, then realized one of the panels to build the last drawer was defective. Missing pre-drilled holes/cutouts, could not finishing putting the last drawer together. Sucks cause the dresser is a solid dresser and looks really nice... Reached out to seller for a resolution.I will update if and when they get back to me, if not then I will be requesting a refund from Amazon.P.S. I bought two of these things, 1 is good, solid and 100% put together. The 2nd one fell short in quaility, one of the drawers also had a scuff and the finish machining overall wasn't as nice, be aware this is a 50/50 gamble.

Height Shorter than expected
It came with the box damaged by amazon driver but all parts seem to be in tack but while screwing in screws wood seem to crumble, the tracking on the drawers are awful to put in place once in, cannot seem to open without difficulty. would not say this is a great product to purchase, hopefully it does not fall apart like the one i brought from wayfair lasted barely 2 years instuctions are just pictures not actually tell you how to put it together in sentences so have to figure it out with diagrams the drawers loose
