it does not run for 20 minutes only 13 or 14. I do not run it on high fan.
Why does it only run for 13 or 14 minutes shuts off out of water. There’s a 20 minute timer on there for some reason anything I can do to make it run for 20 minutes so far I have noticed no difference in my breathing I don’t do pictures

I was very excited to receive my halo salt therapy. While shipping was fast and easy, and set up is simple, it was not nearly as powerful as the salt fx halogenator at my dr office. I ended up returning this and spending the extra money to purchase the salt fx.
