Right from the get go the directions are hard to read, grainy, and terribly written. The hose will keep popping off at both the hose end and the gun end and get water everywhere. Your wife will be ticked you get all wet and then track water in the house. This product would work best for a guy with a huge parking lot area, because the hose isn't robust. I agree it's trying to look like a Black and Dekker tool. It isn't anything like that. You will constantly have to go to the spigot to turn off water because water keeps coming out. It doesn't stop like a good hose nozzle. Not much of an upgrade on a hose nozzle. Can't really clean a deck and totally unnecessary for cleaning a car. If you go to use it to clean the car you're still going to need to brush. It can't get dirt off your car by itself.

This should be easy:1) It is marketed in yellow and black to look like a DeWalt battery product. It is not.2) When the garden hose is attached it does not turn off the water, no big deal but.... take the unit and point it straight up int the air and notice how high it shoots up; now pull the trigger and guess what? Not only does the steam not go higher but the amount of energy is actually diminished by all kinds of off spray. Now, try this on your car or whatever then attach the garden hose to a plain old water nozzle and guess what? They are for the most part the same. Now, get a pressure tip for your garden hose and watch the improvement in blasting power and your nice brass tip that only cost $5, wow!3) The battery charge is about a half hour, how much power is this device producing the last 5-10 minutes? Not much.Save your money.
