I have hedges that go on forever, & they were neglected all summer long. This machine tackled the job with ease and still had battery to spare. & it’s lightweight enough to shape and groom. Strong enough to go through the thick ones.

UPDATE:After a bit of searching to get a support person, the company deemed my unit faulty and sent a new one. So far, so good and their support was amazing.I used this product one time and now, after a full battery charge and nothing interfering with the blade, it's dead.I contacted the company via their support form 3x and no one has responded. They don't have a support phone number available either. Wish I could return this. Total waste of money.

I adore my cordless trimmer! Chomps thru even thic hedges & bushies, reaches all without a ladder (adios shaky climbs!). Eco-friendly too, ditching gas for batteries & a quiet motor (no more earsplitting noise!).Here's why it's amaze: tackles any shrubbery, extends to 11ft with a pole (sold separate), whisper-quiet motor, lightweight (perfect for everyone!), 3 speeds, battery powered freedom & awesome customer service! The metal base won't melt in the summer sun either. Sure, battery & pole are separate, but trust me, this trimmer rocks! Powerful, easy, eco-friendly - what more could you want? I have purchased quite a few of these type of trimmers before. I do not like this one, It seems very light, It does not really have much of safety feature on it, with other tremors you need to use both hands for the blade to be turned on. I feel like if the blade is dull, There would not be enough strength for it to work for to cut through any branches....

The trigger is extremely hard to pull. Must engage the safety switch before pulling the trigger. Both are difficult to engage. Uncomfortable to operate.

Got this tool and it did not work. No lights (except for the battery gauge) no movement. The tool looks well designed, it’s light weight, but it did not operate. So back it went. Probably just a lemon. I did contact the manufacturer and was offered a refund thru PayPal but opted to just return thru Amazon. Safer and easier.UpdateThe company Imoum graciously sent a replacement hedge trimmer. The tool is light weight and unique in design with the handle between the motor and blades giving an excellent balance. The blades are high grade steel and the blade drive is in a durable metal casing. The tool cuts smoothly through up to 1/2 inch branches. Well balanced very light weight with a 20 inch cutting swath this tool can be used one handed if needed.

I would have preferred it would be better if the trigger had a lock so i didn't have to keep tension on the button while using it.

The media could not be loaded. Die Mini Kettensäge eignet sich hervorragend für das kürzen von kleinen bis mittelgroßen Ästen, sowie Holz. Im Lieferumfang ist reichlich Zubehör und das alles in einem kleinen Hartschalenkoffer. Somit hat man alles zusammen und kann es super verstauen. Neben der Kettensäge befindet sich alles im Lieferumfang für einen ersten Start. Eine kleine Flasche Öl, 2 Akkus , Ladegeräte, Schutzbrille, Ersatzketten und sogar eine kleine Feile um die Ketten nachzuschleifen.Die Laufzeit der Mini Kettensäge ist sehr gut, und mir 2 Akkus somit immer im Wechsel bedienbar. Äste und Holz schneidet er wirklich ohne Probleme.Die Funktion die Kette werkzeuglos zu spannen ist wirklich top! Mit einem Handumdrehen hat man direkt wieder die Kette gespannt und kann weiter arbeiten. Auch die automatische Schmierung funktioniert ohne Probleme!Die Kettensäge liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Vor und Rücklauf , sowie Sperre kein Problem.Als weiteres Zubehör kann man auch eine Verlängerung kaufen um höherliegende Äste zu schneiden.Die beiliegende Anleitung ist sehr gut beschrieben in einem guten deutsch. Auch für Leien gut zu verstehen.Tolles Produkt zu einem guten Preis !
