It's been working great since I got it a week ago, works well with my PS5, the graphics can't really get to 4k but it's still alright, the audio system built in isn't that great for me though it may be because I use a JBL speaker most of the time so....., good value for money of its size, easy to setup, great product 👍.

The quality of the picture was terrible, very grainy. Tried multiple settings and looked online and used some but it just never looked good. I returned that week

This product works very well and has a good colour output, the screen resolution isnt very good eg. lines on screens large pixels etc etc.

But too big for my desk

I bought two of these to set up as a single wide monitor. The low(ish) resolution made the whole picture look grainy, which was disappointing, but could be improved by fiddling with my 4070 Supers settings. The game breaker for me was the width of the bezel for this screen. I expected something much narrower and less distracting than the thick black line that runs up (or down) the middle. I even tried to place the one monitor just behind the other, to minimise the effect but it just didn't look right.So, I tried to send them back. I (well, She Who Must Be Obeyed) packed them carefully in the humongous box they came in. Which had no holes in it, unlike one of the monitor boxes, which had been poked through to the polystyrene... It must have been in that state when it was packed, but the monitor worked so no biggie. I arranged a return, but 3 days later spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to reach a human operator. Eventually. a nice chap called Raj organised a pickup for later the same day.I'm still waiting for my money back, too...

This monitor is fantastic, with three inputs it covers all of my needs. Offers great picture quality and the refresh rate is perfect for what I need.I had this monitor for 10 months when the DP went out. I emailed the company and they replaced it quickly and solved the problem. Quick response and I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Monitor was broken during delivery. The great customer service allowed us to get a new monitor it 2 days and no hassle with return. My son says there is no lag while playing and loves the clear and detailed picture.
