Worked great with my ARGB hub and my old style 3 pin RGB Alphacool fans!
Worked great with my ARBG hub and my old style 3 pin JST RGB Alphacool fans! If you have 3 pin JST RGB fans and want to take advantage of ARGB on your motherboard or have a ARGB hub, then this adapter cable will let you take advantage of old 3 pin JST RGB fans you may have lying around.

Perfect for adapting to other manufacturer's ARGB
A lot of component manufacturers (ex: Phanteks, Alphacool) use JST connectors for their RGB, and sometimes when they bundle multiple RGB items in a product they only provide a single adapter in the packaging. These are convenient as they they can also work as ARGB extension cables too, which was necessary for my build.

Fits Corsair RGB Strip
I bought this because my Corsair Lighting Node box died, but the light strips still worked. I have this plugged into the ARGB header on my ASUS motherboard, and plugged the male end into the Corsair Light Strip. The connectors don't fit 100% between the cable and the Corsair plastic connectors, but the metal male/female connectors connect properly. I now have x4 Corsair RGB strips powered and lighting set using my Asus Armory Crate software. The ARGB connector is snug (not loose at all). This is a much cheaper alternative than purchasing the Lighting Node Pro again, and way less wiring. Much more manageable. Very happy with the purchase. 10/10

Does what it should!
Used these to connect Phanteks ARGB accessories to a Razor Chroma controller. Works perfectly and cables seems to be good quality too.

Poor quality
Very loose when plugging into using the adapter provided. One of the cables melted because the connection cable loose.

Mid at best
They are loose when connected and the slightest nudge will break connection
