Life saver, literally!
I purchased this for my Dad and his wife, my Mom and in laws. They all have a different need for this but the one thing in common they all have is life saving. I know that seems dramatic but my Mom has a difficult time turning over to sit up and get out of bed. She has a lot of weakness and chronic pain. She always asks, “how did I ever live without this before?” It has given her stability getting in and out of bed as well. My mother in law has to use it for the same reason us it helps keep her from rolling out of bed. Of course it’s not long enough for a bed guard but this can be moved down far enough where an elderly person can’t easily get out of bed by themselves. We keep it close to her abdomen and she can still use it to assist herself in turning over. My dad needed this to keep things he uses from bed close to him. He also hooks medical things to the unused are of the bar and it also assists him in getting him out of bed. His wife falls out of the bed way too many times on their hard tiled floor so this has helped her from rolling out in her sleep which has injured her badly in the past. It’s seriously such an install and useful tool. I do not recommend this for someone who needs to stay in their bed, you need a guard rail that.

Awesome invention it really works!
This is truly a tremendous invention. My father is 88 years old and was starting to fall out of the bed. They’re very easy to put together and very well-made. It simply slides under the bed mattress between the boxspring and once it’s installed, it is literally impossible for somebody to fall out of the bed. My father also says it’s very helpful for him to get in and out of the bed and the pouches to hold his cell phone his TV remote and a bottle of water are also a really nice touch.

Helps! Works well
Post op must have. Price is right & very sturdy. Saved me from being stuck laying down. Only wish it had a shelf or cup holder. I used the included strap to put around post on bottom of bed instead of under rail because I have a huge mattress that doesn't need a stability strap. The strap in conjunction with rail helped me the 1st 2 weeks of surgery post op. I was able to get up and sit up easier. Recommend

Very helpful for getting in and out of bed.
This is an awesome bed rail, a friend recommended after her other had hip surgery. I can concur, this is the bomb. I'm well out of my surgery and this is still on my bed as it really helps. It also keeps side pillows from falling off! I think I'm keeping it on indefinitely. Easy to install as long as you can move a mattress with a friend. We have two twin XLs in a king frame and the straps basically loop around the other side. Our beds are adjustable and it works just fine when raising or lowering them. You'll want it closer to your head than your middle, about where the tops of your shoulders would rest. The storage bags is somewhat useless as it opens to the outside but it does help hold pillows in place as I mentioned. The bottom of the bag also is just velcroed on so it can slide upwards, spin etc. Not a deal breaker for sure.

Good quality
These are good and fairly sturdy. However, more recently they've changed the way it's made and when I had to buy a new one, it's definitely less quality than I had hoped for. For one thing, the extra pockets are on the outside of it which don't do me any good inside the bed. I do put it through a lot because I needed everyday to get into and out of my bed. The reason I got a second one is because the first one finally vent. I'm a little nervous now which is worth something to me at least, because I can't tell how well it's going to hold up because they changed things--is it still made with his quality of material? Will it just break off/snap off at some point? So far, so good.

Value, usefulness and ease of getting it on the bed!
200% the best thing I bought during my latest 3 back surgeries. I love that thing, best $39 I’ve spent thru all of this and I’ll keep it on our bed forever. My opinion, EVERYONE over 60 should have this rail. It’s not long so it doesn’t get in your way of getting out of the bed. It’s short but perfect for support to help you get out of bed. Can you tell I love it.

Bed rail is amazing
This bed rail is awesome. I recently had lower back surgery and I am not supposed to bend or twist. This rail helps me to safely get in and out of bed and also to turn over in bed. It is sturdy, stable and has adjustable height.

Rail looks nice and works well
I bought this rail as dad was falling out of bed. Been using for a couple of weeks now and it has worked well. Looks nice. There’s a packet for his remote. Will definitely buy again.
