This is NOT standard coax input!
I gave 5 stars because it would be unfair for me to judge, based on my particular application and poor understanding of coax. I needed a device to convert my standard over-the-air TV antenna coax output to my new âSmartâ TVâs HDMI input. My TV says HDMI inputs are best, so thatâs what I wanted. What I didnât realize is that coax from security cameras (this productâs design) is different from coax from cheap (as-seen-on-TV caliber) OTA antennas. Iâm not sure, but itâs possible that my OTA antenna doesnât even have the capability where an HDMI connection would matter, whereas todayâs high res security cameras do. Regardless, the seller immediately refunded my return.

Works as advertised. Only has 1080p output even if camera signal is 4K
Works as advertised. Although it accepts any signal input, it is only capable of 1080p output over HDMI. Doesn't matter if the camera is 4K or 5MP
