This is a well made foam neck stretching pillow with a heating sleeve.I haven't found the heating sleeve to be particularly useful. The pillow works as it's supposed to and allows one to lie in a position where your head hangs and the cervical spine is stretched. It does work well, although I can't speak to the actual benefit.I like it, but as with many things, don't do it as often as I should.

This product is pretty lame. I would not recommend purchasing when neck stretches and other natural remedies would be more effective. Two thumbs down.

Having recently had a newborn baby and spent so much time looking down while holding her my neck has been hurting and when I saw the image of the shape of this device I know that was what I needed to stretch out my neck.I have used the device 2 times a day for 10 minutes everyday for the last 4 days and my neck already feels SOO much better. I do enjoy the heat but the cord is pretty short so you have to lay next to an outlet to use it which is fine. I might run an extension so I can use it more often but most the time I did it without the heat. You can remove the heat strap and use it for other things too which is nice.Personally I find it more comfortable right now for me to use it 'backwards' it seems to fit my neck better. So the side with a small gap is towards the bottom of my neck. From what I read after you get used to it backwards you can turn it around for a better stretch so will be trying that in the future. Neck health is important people, if you spend too much time looking at your phone or a newborn baby, counter that with this great and easy stretching device.

I sometimes get neck pain from looking down at my tablet for too long or sitting on my stomach to look forward at it. I started using standard pillows to help support my neck but when I saw this product I thought I would be able to use it behind my head while sitting on the couch but I don’t think it’s designed for use in that way. In the description it shows a person laying down flat. I’m just going off the information and pictures from the description.The foam pillow is not soft, it’s sturdy but I think it’s designed to be that way to support the neck at the proper angle. There’s a peace of black fabric around the middle that has heating elements inside although I didn’t feel much heat at any setting. At the highest setting it was barely noticeable. There’s two different buttons. One controls a timer labeled 15,30 and 60. The other button controls the amount of heat 1,2 or 3. It doesn’t come with any adapter so I used my own USB-A plug. I also tested it using a power bank. Neither gave me much heat. Maybe I need a more powerful adapter.Even without heat I still think it’s useful to relieve neck pain since it positions my neck to stretch. It feels good on my neck when laying flat, however I couldn’t stay put for very long before I wanted to get up. Probably because I don’t normally like laying down flat for extended periods.

I work from home and spend a lot of time at my computer. I didn't realize how much time my neck spends in a forward position until I started to use this neck stretcher.This is comfortable to lay on, but you do feel a stretch in your neck. If it is uncomfortable, start with lower amounts of time and work your way up to longer timeframes.It does not include a USB block, so be prepared to have an extra one or a USB port that you can use with this.It is lightweight and easy to store.

This neck pillow is a lovely item to use for relaxation. It is a heating pad combined with an ergonomic neck rest, so it is very comfortable to use. I like to use it when I am meditating or when my neck is hurting a bit at the end of the day. It does not solve neck pain issues long-term, but it is a nice tool to add focused heat and just allow the muscles to rest and relax.
