Never once did I have any difficulties with deliveries and all their products are all top shelf in my book! It is sad they got a one-star for shipping issues, which I've never had. Seems like maybe the driver may have made mistakes, not Swanson. And, all my orders come very quickly, I also enrolled in Shoprunner for free on their website, so if I order 50$ worth, I receive it within a couple of days! One time they shipped the wrong item, but quickly replaced it, and any of their customer service reps I've ever dealt with are always very helpful!!

If you don’t like to constantly be inconvenienced, Work more when the company your buying from should do all the work, then being told it was shipped to your mailbox but you don’t have a mailbox , then don’t buy from Swanson . They seem like a special needs mom and pop “ company” in a garage. Could you imagine, I shop Amazon because it’s easy but here comes Swanson constantly making mistakes and always inconveniencing you, it is so frustrating dealing with a company ( which it’s not) they delivered it to my “ mailbox “ lol. The saddest part of this story is they don’t use UPS or FedX , yes you heard me, they use USPS , which speaks volumes about Swanson “ company “ there not like a respected company that will use a ups or fedx to make sure the package gets delivered, no the use USPS which many people don’t end up getting there package OR you have you be once again inconvenienced and go to the post office and pick it up there. This is the good ole Swanson vitamin company. They rather save a few dollars while having there customers fuming at them just like myself. So the moral of this story is, I still don’t have the product I bought, Swanson wanted to save money by using usps post office to send it to me is if I was going to get it , never buy from Swanson vitamins again
