I had a Canon Pixma Pro 100 that was severely clogged due to sitting for over 3 years. i tried several different deep cleaning methods, but not of them was completely successful. I decided to try this product with the intent to purchase a new print head (about $350) if it didn't work. I was able to save my money. After treating the print head and following the directions my printer is printing like new.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son, but the glass bowl was in pieces when he opened it. It was past the return date, but I contacted the seller to see what could be done. They responded within an hour On Christmas Day and promised a replacement kit. Less than one week later, it arrived in perfect shape. petri dish broken

Sadly, the package was delivered damaged and the petri dish was broken. I contacted the company asking for a new dish and instead they immediately shipped me an entire new kit! That's what I call great customer service!! The kit itself works well, although it is messy so wear the enclosed gloves. After one treatment, the printing was much improved. I think it needs one more for perfection. Thanks Poschink for caring about your customers!!

Will never know how clean my print head is now. My print head was clogged but otherwise the printer was in mint condition and now I have the code of death after using this cleaner. So I’m out the money for the kit and a new printer.

Really well thought out kit. It worked like a dream for my Canon Pixma. Make sure the one you buy is compatible with your printer because they make the tips to fit perfectly around the ink head. It does take effort and about an hour altogether but it's totally worth the savings.

...but we tried it on the printheads of a couple clogged Canon MG2922 color ink cartridges with no joy.I also could find no list of contents, to say what solvents are in this cleaning solution. I would hope there is some magic ingredient known to dissolve dried ink. Otherwise, this is just a very expensive substitute for acetone or rubbing alcohol, which can be had for about 1/20th of the price at any hardware store.
