Massive, catering sized goodness!
Take four 2 litre milk jugs. Line them up in a square. Yes, THAT'S how much soy sauce you get. This thing is massive. Pearl River Bridge is what we've been using for years now. It has a great taste and lubricates stir fry perfectly. Add a touch of butter for that extra zing, and don't be afraid to use some MSG - it has ONE THIRD of the Sodium that salt has and is far more tasty!In short: This soy sauce, a little butter, a little MSG = restaurant quality stir fry.

Good quality soy sauce.
This is amazing soy sauce. If you want takeaway flavour this is the soy to go for. It is a huge tub but it makes it really cheap.

I've used this brand for a long time. This was a good buy. I braise ribs and ducks in it. Use it in barbecue sauce and general red cooking.

Very thick and concentrated
Very dark, thick, concentrated and salty.I refill little bottles and add a little water and it tastes better. Wonder if it is a concentrate that restaurants use in this way?

Considering this was recommended as THE soy sauce to use, as used as standard in takeaway outlets in the UK, I was expecting deliciousness, this product has a really nasty burnt taste to it, very disapointed
