Helped relieve chronic constipation , really works
I suffer from what I believe to be IBS, bloating and cramping relieved by defecating. It has caused me chronic constipation, although I still do have bowel movements every day, they are just difficult to pass. I’ve tried taking probiotics which literally did nothing for me. The probiotics in your system need to feed on fiber. These Prebiotics (which is a type of fiber that feeds the probiotic good bacteria in the gut) have change everything for me. This is the only thing that has helped me comfortably and completely pass stools every day. My bloated gut has shrunk significantly and the pain and anxiety has been remedied. For anyone who has problems like me I highly recommend this product. Life fitness is a great reputable company as well. I also suggest buying prunes because they also really help a lot with their high fiber content, and have been proven to relieve constipation in clinical studies.

Consistent quality
Tastes great and appears to do the job. Eat one or two after dinner to reduce the desire to snack and has the healthy prebiotic fiber I am looing for.

Seems to do what it's supposed to
The taste is pleasant, and it is obviously feeding my gut bacteria because I experience odorless flatulence as a result of taking it. If my understanding is correct, being odorless means the bacteria are not producing methane, which would smell bad.

These "tablets" are very large and must be chewed
My doctor prescribed a pre-biotic for me and I tried this brand. The tablets are too large for me to squash and mix with something palatable. Chewing them takes forever. The description said that the strawberry taste was delicious. That wasn't my experience as they are very chalky regardless of the strawberry comment.

My husband can't take probiotic due to having sibo, but this prebiotic is splendid for him. No more terrible farts. I love this brand too

Product too old & all dried up, like cement
These “chewables” nearly broke a tooth. I have received these before from the manufacturer, but I wanted them quickly, so I ordered from Amazon. They are like cement! I threw them out and ordered from manufacturer.
