I'm sure many people do the same thing as me; get an induction hob, realise your pots and pans are no longer compatible, go out, buy a bulk bundle set from a brand that offers amazing storage because the handles come off and the pots can be condensed down into what sounds like an amazing fete of space saving ingenuity - only to find the pans are rubbish, the handles break VERY EASILY, and you're left on the hunt for new kitchen items a year later.Look no further, these are fantastic! They're a no thrills set of 3 great sized pans with a non-stick surface that actually works! My eggs glide around so smoothly, and my body is thankful for the absence of oil being poured in the pan when cooking!They pans feel solidly built and from a reputable name I'm glad we chose to purchase these. They may not offer a fancy storage solution, they may not be anything special to look at either, but they do their primary job and they do it well!100% recommend.

Great pan that's big enough to cook a while fry-up! The pan heats up evenly so when I place butter it doesn't need to be right in the centre. The nonstick is great and the sort of quality I expect. Handle feels secure and sturdy. It's a great pan I don't think you can go wrong with.

I bought this pan and also the 24" version RH02837EU7. The 24" one works great on an induction hob, but this one does not. Incorrectly listed or shipped

As the dedicated home cook, and self-proclaimed stir-fry queen, I recently had the pleasure of putting the Russell Hobbs RH02842EU7 28cm Non-Stick Stir-Fry Pan from the Shield Collection to the test. This pan was sent to me for review, and overall, I have been really happy with it. Here’s what I thought of it:Pros:Non-Stick Performance: The non-stick surface of this pan lived up to its promise. I only had to rinse the pan off under warm water after cooking with it and it was looking like it had never been used.Little/No Oil Cooking: One of the standout features is the ability to cook with minimal oil. The non-stick surface worked really well, allowing me to use less oil than I do with my normal pan.Easy Cleanup: Post-cooking cleanup is very effortless. A quick wipe with a sponge after rinsing it under water was all that was needed. Sometimes I could have forgone the sponge altogether.Soft Touch Handle: The ergonomic design of the handle provided a comfortable and secure grip – I’d be happy with my teen daughter using this pan.Metal Utensil Safe: Usually this is OK to use with mental utensils – this is a great idea and shows you how durable the pan is.5-Year Guarantee: The inclusion of a 5-year guarantee reflects the brand's confidence in the product's quality and durability and the build quality in person gives confidence that the pan will last.Cons:My experience with the Russell Hobbs Non-Stick Stir-Fry Pan was overwhelmingly positive, and I struggled to find any significant drawbacks. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the pan's size might be a tad small for those cooking for larger families or gatherings. However, for everyday home cooking, it's perfectly adequate.Overall, a very good pan. 5/5

This pan is perfect for stir fries. I can leave the food to cook (meat, chicken or fish) and don’t need to stand over it constantly. It also washes well too so I would definitely recommend.

Is there such a thing as a perfect frying pan? This comes close!Build quality is top notch. It feels sturdy, comfortable to hold, and the nonstick coating hasn't once disappointed me over the past month of almost daily use.I was really intrigued about this being metal utensil safe as usually nonstick pans need to be used with silicone utensils to avoid damaging the coating. So I tried and tested this over and over lightly with metal spatulas, spoons, forks and the coating somehow is still as good as new.A versatile size for all sorts of cooking ventures. And at £12.99 at the time of writing this review, it's a bargain. Would happily recommend.

This is a brilliant little pan. The non-stick coating is of a very good quality and you can cook most things without oil. It has a good weight to it and feels very sturdy.I went for the 20cm pan, which is quite a small size, but perfect for cooking a fried egg or small pancake, or even a breakfast for one!It’s very handy that you can safely use metal utensils with this too.Thanks for reading my review. This is a great little pan from Russel Hobbs. The non-stick coating works really well and while I still do use a little oil you probably don't need to. This 20cm pan is quite small, ideal for a single person I'd say. The non-stick coating feels pretty durable though I haven't tested it with metal utensils.
