I love this soap even at $15 a bar. It smells great and leaves my skin soft. It really helped my dry skin. I'll never give up an this soap

A fabulous bar of soap.
The lather is rich, the smell really nice and "wholesome" and clean smelling. The moisturizing effect is beautiful because of the lanolin. I love this soap. Oh, and it lasts a pretty long time.

It Stinks!
Just received the bath soap and immediately noted that it does not smell as expected…it stinks! So disappointed based on the reviews. Into the he garbage can it goes…

Incredible Soap!
Not going to lie this soap is AMAZING! I have no clue why I just NOW stumbled on it. I live in the deep south and our skin takes a beating here. Im almost ALWAYS itchy, dry, and ashy. Any soap immediately dries my skin out or cracks my heels, feet, elbows. This works wonders! First time I used it and purposely didnt use any lotion after just to see if it would crack my skin, so far so good! UHHH! The best! I also have the shampoo, its perfect! Not only does my skin crack but my scalp constantly itches due to the dry air. Pleasant smell too, nice and light.

Really nice, especially if you like the squeaky-clean feeling
I really enjoyed this soap, and may repurchase at some point. The lather is amazing, and it smells very nice. However, it does really strip your skin and leave you with that squeaky-clean sensation. Some people are really into this, but I'm not the biggest fan. I prefer a less stripped feeling, so I think I'm more into products that have a moisturizing component, or some type of oil to leave a soft, silky feeling on my skin. It's really more about personal preference, and not an issue with the product. I don't think this dried out my skin, but I did feel a little too stripped. If you're a fan of removing all trace of dirt as well as oil from your skin, you'll like this. It really is a nice soap.

Helps get rid of those snags from rough hands when sewing silk
I was given some beautiful silk, but I couldn't touch it with my rough hands without snagging. I picked up a tip about this soap from the on-line community of people who need smooth hands for embroidering with silk. The soap is really softening my hands, and it smells divine. I will soon have no excuse for postponing the project of sewing something beautiful with this silk.
