(For some reason first order did not arrive as it was 'undeliverable') Had to order again and this time it arrived in time and in perfect condition. The baklava was full of flavour, moist, tasty, and delicious. I have purchased other makes, but none compare to this brand, others being flavourless and dry. Highly recommended.

I order no. 2 of these, having had a small box from my wife and loved the taste. My order of no. 1 came to my home address with 2 days, so all good.However no.2 was a Christmas gift sent to my father who lives in Torbay. The seller used Evri and you can imagine the issues that caused.Evri “mislaid” my goods and he seller offered zero support yo resolve he issue and simply said file a claim for the value. Disgusting support and at Christmas too!Well a week late, for food items, they did finally turn up and the courier claimed to leave the goods in a safe place.Where they actually left it was on the street outside a block 80 flats in plain view of every flat owner and passer by. The nine idol drop driver couldn’t even be bother to press the outer foyer button and leave the parcel inside the foyer, he just left it outside exposed to the elements.I enjoy these sweet treats, they are fabulous and I knew my father would but the aggravation of dealing with this seller and the chronically bad courier really undermined confidence and quite frankly wasn’t worth it.The 2 star review reflects the whole experience across two separate orders. I would have given a higher star rating as the product, when delivered in time to be fresh, is truly lovely but the ratings suffer due to seller customer service!

Packed very well. My initial tasting was that they were not as sweet as others I have eaten. There does seem to be a lack of syrup on this particular product, so too dry for me. My husband, however, prefers his baklava to be less sweet, so is looking forward to eating the majority of the box!!!! It is a personal preference, so they are going to please some people. Unfortunately, not me. Val H.Since writing this review, I should apologise to the bakers. Once in a tin, they have become more moist and not as dry as I thought. I am changing my edit, rating 4 stars and very tasty Baklava which are disappearing fast! Val H.
