Trouble free motion.
By consuming 2 teaspoon softovoc power in luke warm water after after dinner I am able to get a trouble free motion and relief from constipation.

Good but very sweet
I find it very sweet especially if you want to have it before bed time. It's like having extra sweet glass of fruit juice before bed.
