I was extremely satisfied with the machine that I got on August 31. Easy to set it up and started at first try. Unexpected power. I replaced a 2050 Clean Shot at 2050 psi with this one at 3500 psi. It made my holding hand go back whenever I pressed the trigger (not recommended if you are on a ladder) and the power was strong enough to clean spots that I had never been able to clean with the other one. The hose at 50 feet, was double the 25 feet hose, I had.For my triple driveway and walkways, I connected a B & S Rotating Surface Cleaner and the result was superb. Have tried only the yellow nozzle, which did an excellent job in my back lanai and patio. Overall, it's an excellent machine.I have only one negative comment to make. I used the machine during several days to do all my cleaning; at my age, I don't have enough energy to complete the task in one day. Yesterday, the hose got a very small hole (pic attached) and that was it; the pressure pushed the water thru and I couldn't work any longer. I switched the hose with the old one and was able to continue. Today, I wanted to finish, but the pressure was drastically reduced and I couldn't find a reason for it to act like that.After I finished the job, I wanted to contact the Bluebery company as suggested by Amazon. The linked website presents all products they have available, but there is no info about the company and no link for contacts. In fact, I don't even know who is the provider within Amazon.The Owner's Manual provides an email address for support, which is located in Shenzhen, China.

Washer arrived well packaged, no damage. Assembly consisted of bolting on the upper support arm to the frame, attaching the hose nozzle holder to the frame, and sliding the wheels onto the axle (they snap into place). It comes with a 50 foot hose which is very handy. Operating instructions are satisfactory.It did not come with oil; need to purchase that separately. The pull starter, similar to a lawnmower, takes a firm tug. There is little room on the unit for your foot to hold it steady while you pull so watch out the first time you start it up. Wear ear protection as well as eye protection as the engine is a bit noisy and the unit puts out a lot of pressure. Get to close to the object you are cleaning and the splash-back and debris could hit you in the face (I learned that the first time I used it). One issue was with the plastic tube which runs from the soap container to the water output on located on the engine. Both ends were crimped at the attachment points and water would not flow. Purchased a slightly longer length of tube for $0.98 and it installed easily...problem solved.I am happy with my purchase

I am a power washing expert as I go through these things like crazy. I have 300 running feet of pvc fencing and a large concrete pool deck encasing my 20x30 ft in ground pool.This is my 6th power washer in the last 20 years.I purchased this product with skepticism as I have never heard of the brand. My decision to buy was based upon its high PSI rating and its cheap price. I have to say, this thing is no better or worse than pressure washers priced at almost double this one. It cleaned my concrete and fence with ease as I expected it too with the 3500 psi rating. It was a breeze to assemble, started on the second pull, and have had no issues with it. It seems well built and sturdy. Time will tell, but for the money, you just cant beat it.I recommend this unit.

I opened and assembled the product added oil and gas and start washing my house. From the start this unit just didn’t sound like my last power washer that died after 10 years! The sprayer would stop randomly while using. So I took a break to let it cool down. When I returned to pull start the unit now the pull start will not engage. Had to take apart and put pieces back in place to get it to work. Got it going again and right back to pressure randomly working. Contacted Amazon to find this piece of junk is not returnable. 3 hours of use and now I have a $300+ piece of junk. Motor is loud but sounds normal, but as soon as you start to spray sounds like thing is going to blow up. Do not buy this big piece of junk that I’m stuck with. Guess time to stop buying from Amazon. Should have stuck with big box stores! Service is terrible, but you can return. Going to reach out to credit card and try and dispute charges? I will post daily on this companies site that sold this junk until I hear from them!

Overall I am happy with it. The wheel axel came in a little bent which makes the tire rub a bit but not worth returning. The gas cap is a little odd as it does not feel like it is on tight but seems to work just fine. The pressure and cleaning power is awesome. I bought a tornado tip for it and it buzzes through just about anything. I have used the tips that come with it as well and they work great. Love the look of it and seems like it is well built. You will need to buy oil for it. Recommend with all pw to maintain them well as they are prone to wear out quick.

I have received a new replacement carburetor that I installed which the choke switch works as it should.Happy thus far with this purchase and looking forward to using my power washer as the weather gets warmer!
