I got this phone about a week ago. I'm very happy with it. It outperforms name brand phones and has a lot of features that other phones don't have. The few downsides are #1 it's unusually heavy for a cell phone, #2 it doesn't work on Verizon or any service that uses the verizon network. It works perfectly on t mobile however. #3 it seems to have fairly low internal memory (64gb). I recommend buying an SD card. The high resolution camera is great but it's going to slow this phone way down in the long run especially if you like to take a lot of pictures or if you like to download a bunch of apps. For people who like a LOT of customization settings and are conservative with their phone's memory usage, it's a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and would buy again.

Great phone I am on a low budget so I was tired of the free phones on the streets that you got for free with the government assisted I kept breaking down so I told myself I was going to invest in a decent phone by my surprise I never thought it would be desperate great phone great everything I don't know if I would get another phone soon just doable rugged phone it's all one man needs

The phone is very durable and can withstand a fall I haven't tried the under water yet but so far it's working just as it says I wish the night vision reached a little farther but I just needed to get a infrared light to make the camera see farther so that's cool.

If you remember PC speeds in the early 90's. This is that bad. My bad for not thinking this through. Needed a cheap phone fast, as I broke my armor 8 which was twice the phone the 13 is.Do not buy this turd. It has a battery that lasts over 2days , but that's how long it takes to open websites. One more HUGE problem with this phone, it won't stay connected to WIFI

I liked this phone the camera was wonderful it was easy to use I could navigate through the phone no problem but the memory ooh baby it was gone when I turned the phone on. I like this phone the tater tottered back and forth on three and four but because of the memory that's why I gave her three it's really bad but the phone was so nice that it was stolen the second week I had it

It is the biggest and heaviest cellphone I ever owned. Other than cargo pants, it will not fit on any of my other pants pocket. Because it is big phone, the screen size is big but better for because of bigger sized fonts. Overall, I consider this phone an improvement over my old Ulefone Armor x8.
