Good price, poor manual
The item was intended to work with specific programmes, such as Blender. It does this well enough. The manual that came with the item is poor, with insufficient details. YouTube to the rescue of course, but that's not the point. It does its job well enough, especially when one considers the price. It took me a while to set up the keys, and will probably take me longer to get used to it. The scroll doesn't seem to work on all programmes, although it does on the ones I want it to. My only real criticism is that it's a little awkward to use, but I suppose I'll get used to that. I might rig up an angled support. It's cleared a lot of wires from my desk top. All in all, I'm quite satisfied with the product and it's earned its four stars.UPDATE: I’ve been using the keyboard for four or five weeks now and thought it best to write my thoughts on the keyboard. It took a while to get used to it but now it’s almost 2nd nature. The scroll, or dial, is still a bit fussy on what programme it’s asked to function on, but it does fine on Blender and Affinity Designer, which are the ones I bought it for.I recommend the keyboard. It’s not cheap but it’s well made so it’s a decent enough price. The dreadful manual keeps it from a full five stars, which is a shame. I contacted the manufacturers with a query which was answered within 36 hours, so pretty good going there. I asked if I could use two together, but this, it seems, is impossible. Shame again.I’m pleased with my purchase.UPDATE AFTER 3 YEARS OF USE:I've updated my rate to five stars, albeit only just. The remote has behaved impeccably, and the Win 11 'upgrade' went without hitch (surprisingly). I suppose the poor quality of the manual has dimmed.I use the device for three programmes: Blender, Affinity Photo 2 and Designer 2, and Davinci Resolve (video editing) software. It performs without hitch. I'm impressed. The only thing I would change is the on/off switch. It's very fiddly. With Resolve, I use the BlackMagic Speed Editor controller, and push my keyboard out of the way. I use the XP Pen instead, so I have lots of room to place both items exactly where they need to be.I have carpel tunnel syndrome, and the little keyboard means I can ditch using my right hand for anything other than its buttons.If/when it gives up the ghost, I'll certainly buy another.Highly recommended.

Very happy with my purchase Thank you.
Seriously great piece of kit, quite possibly the best investment in technology i have made in some time.It all arrived very well packaged in a huge amazon box, the xp-pen box also came with a bit of hard board inside to stop it from deforming and had plenty protection foam. All required leads and manuals were in a seperate box and all accounted for, wrapped and sealed. The screen is gorgeous (I had no dead pixels) crisp and colourful. I had zero driver problems and they installed without fuss and it worked straight away.As for the problems that people seem to have with the connections at the back towards the bottom of the screen, well I guess if you don't do any cable management then sure you're going to have problems, but a simple threading of the 3 cables over the foot and through the gap you can route them out of harms way and the tablet can sit as flat as it is meant to without it riding on the offending cables. The stand that it comes pre attached to works great and is easy to operate (I had to tighten up the vesa screws on the back as it was slightly wobbly). The screen protector is a weird one, it is easy to attach, just take the protective films off and the sticky strip, line up with the edge and press down, then once its all in place remove the last film on the front. It does reduce the glare fom the screen and from external sources, it also feels nice to draw on. The problem occurs when you are gliding your hands over it whilst drawing etc, it leaves behind what looks like fluid between the protector and the glass screen, it has a slight chaotic rainbow pattern and can be distracting, you'll find yourself spending more time trying to rid the surface of this distraction than actually enjoying the screen, eventually I removed mine and placed it back in its packaging, hopefully Xp-pen will find a better source for there protector.Like others have said I was dubious of the quality of the product, but was very pleasantly suprised and now I am extremely happy with my purchase, it truly is a pleasure to sit and draw without that 'disconnect' of drawing on a tablet whilst looking at a different screen. To anyone out there sitting on the fence, just DO IT you will not be dissapointed.Works great with Zbrush, Photoshop, Krita, Sketchbook pro, Corel Painter, Mischief. Thanks Xp-Pen for making an affordable alternative and allowing me to fall back in love with my art. xxx

Reliable, functional, and good value for money
Work fine with a surface pro.I use it for hotkeys in zbrush, so I don't have to have my keyboard attached.Larger than I expected, but not intrusive. It has rubber feet which will hold it to a graphics screen if the angle of the stand is fairly low.Simple to setup from the xp-pen website, and the addition of 'per software' configuration to the drive app is really welcome. As a long time user of Wacom products, I'm always wary of lower cost alternatives, but I've had 3 xp-pen products now, and whilst there's some obvious cost cutting, I've found them reliable and great value. That's speaking as a professional too - I use these products daily in a working environment.
