My 8, soon to be 9 year old grandson has been looking for some time for a gaming bed. They had a range of prices from cheap to ridiculous but this one seemed to tick all his requirements.Delivery was good, within 2 days of ordering and the delivery guys were helpful and courteous. They rang a little while before they were to deliver.It came in 5 heavy boxes and as it was only me (67 yr old) and my grandson that were going to put it together I was a bit worried but we opened the boxes downstairs and labelled each piece from the box it was in and took the pieces upstairs individually.There were several bad reviews of parts missing or damaged so we checked each one. I was quite relieved when everything was intact and accounted for.I won’t lie, it was hard going assembling it and it took us 2 days. The instructions were relatively easy to follow but it would have been useful if fronts, backs, tops and bottoms had been marked. Plus some of the numbers had come off so it was some guess work.However, all said and dome, he’s one happy boy and is loving it.

Sorry but delivery poor. Incorrect parts. Quality not great a lot of knocked damaged woodwork. Customer service ok and got 95% of it in the end but overall Quality 50%

This bed was delivered with missing parts. Two missing parts in two different boxes. Also it’s highly scratched and not good quality. Unfortunately for me my son loves it so we decided to keep it. After two weeks of my son sleeping on a mattress on the floor the parts should have been delivered today.As you have guessed. No it didn’t happen after a day of staying in.Avoid this company!

This bed was a December birthday present so you can imagine my teenage son’s disappointment when a part was missing and we struggled to get a prompt response because (a) it was New year (b) because the order was placed via Amazon the communication was indirect. However, once I got a reply a new part was dispatched.The problem came with assembly: it is definitely a 2 person job (at times 3) and is time consuming. However as the bed was being put together I was impressed. I am not adept at DIY. My 13 year old son took the lead. So when I say that the construction was easy enough for a child to follow you know what I mean. Sadly, his exuberance for the task got the better of him and there was a mishandling at Step 11 of construction which led to a part being damaged. This was user error. Yes I could complain that the materials could have been sturdier and the construction easier but I believe that I have to take responsibility for this error not blame the company.The reason for the 4* review is how the company handled the errors. They exceeded my expectation in terms of response. Although I would have like the communication to be better in terms of just being able to pick up the phone and get an answer, I am just happy that a replacement part is on its way.I will edit the review once construction of the bed resumes but for now I am a happy customer. Particular credit to Lawrence in customer service for his replies to my panicked comms

Solo mum with MS it has taken around 3hrs solid to do on my own, only help I had was attaching the back bedside shelving as it was insanely heavy to lift up that high & get into place and I'm 5 ft 4 short. I also had to work back and forth through instructions but only because its in a very tight space and the room is small. I had to get all the back done 1st to fit into place before it became to heavy to move. Assembly instructions are mostly easy, I only found 2 sections abit confusing as to which way around the wood went. Screws are quality and not cheap and the added fixtures & plates help to keep it secure. Its looks brilliant and exactly what my son want. A man with a little help here and there could do this easily. Very good quality, a few little marks but it's to be expected in flat packs. Nothing obvious. Overall we are extremely pleased with this purchase, even though i'm in agony and extremely exhausted now but its worth it in the end. 😊

Was ok my son loves itTook a while to build def a 2 person buildThen got to the end and the main support piece was missing from the bed so i had to use a piece from old bed and addapt it not ideal but works

Brought for 14 year old gamer in a box room. Lovely and strong with a huge desk

The bed cracked and collapsed not worth the money
