I need these to help me sleep. It was effective.

Little bit of nausea followed by drowsiness
A little bit after I took 2, I felt nauseous, but then just really really tired. Idk if my sleep was better per say, but I felt like I was in deeper sleep.Essentially, it was like I took melatonin (if melatonin worked for me).Do I feel “happier”? I’m not sure.
