Works well takes getting used to bought for senior quick delivery comes as advertised

I bought this for my husband due to a sore he had on his ear and the more he laid on it the worse it would get. He said the pillow was too hard and uncomfortable. So it was not a good purchase.

The ear pillow works well and sleeping is better

I took about 1/2 the stuffing out in 3 adjustment passes into a paper grocery bag. Unzipped, I pulled stuffing hunks out with three fingers through the zipper from both side arms and the bottom arm. Then I zipped it back up. Not messy, I did it in the kitchen. Then I could force the stuffing from the far opposite pillow arm down the almost empty side arms. Do this by sliding two fingers down the outsides of the pillow side arms, sort of like big tweezers. The stuffing is reluctant to slide. I took half out before the stuffing made the pillow too stiff (for me) on my temple and jaw muscles. Fine for ears at any stuffing level.So far it's great for my recurrent CNH. And not hot or rough. CNH does recur periodically with age (and on-ear headphone use), I'm sorry to say.I will ask how the stuffing can be recycled in questions.

Bought a high end pillow with a hole it was way too uncomfortable and the hole was small and was not adjustable in how I slept but this little pillow is amazing all you have to do is adjuste the small pillow and the main pillow you sleep on stuffing, once you have the right amount of stuffing so your neck is not bothered and the small pillow can do its job it will feel like sleeping normally with in a week of using it
