They're fine, and work as intended. the edges feel slightly rough but I could probably use a file on it to buff it smoother.I've only used one of the two for a few weeks now so will update if they break at all

I love it is dual sided. I attached it to my med belly bag that holds my inhalers. Great peace of mind knowing it's labeled. Does the job and holds up to daily use.

Getting two of these asthma medicine alert tags is helpful. The need for asthma medicine and carrying an inhaler is prominent along. With the clips it makes it easy to fasten to my key ring.The description states metal construction. The tags don't feel like metal and don't have the weight of a metal tag would have.Scratch resistance is also mentioned. I have one on my key ring. The coating appears it would scratch easily as it doesn't appear metallic on the surface. Time will tell if this is a winner or not.

This is a great way to alert everyone that you carry an inhaler. It is Red to call attention to it. I like the clip on alert tags.

I attached the tag to a small case that can hold my inhaler.A lanyard on the case assures my inhaler is always handy, and the tag is helpful in case of emergency.
