Very quick and easy assembly, about ten minutes. The base is very heavy so it won't be accidentally knocked over. The rest of the lamp is also quite good quality. The shade is a nice linen material, and the included light bulb is bright, but not painful to look at. I'm using this in my reading nook, and it's perfect.

Found this lamp looking for an Amazon alternative to a similar looking one on another site. This one is actually even better looking than its inspiration.This has a nice solid gold colored metal from base to lampshade and seamlessly connects elegantly through each assembly. Either with completely flush pipes, or the elegant connector accents on each segment change.Further lamp is completely adjustable at the head with a very smooth but stays firmly in place ball bearing, as well as rotatable final segment via independent screw connector.Lampshade is very nice, has a quality velcro snap and looks great.Came with a very nice LED Edison bulb, and lamp base is very heavy, definitely no risks of toppling over like some others.If your outlets are closer to the floor you'll have no issue with the switch being on the floor, if you have outlets like mine that are in the middle you may need an extension cord or need to place the lamp closer to the wall.Definitely no complaints and would buy again, I'd choose this over any supposedly priced higher alternatives. This is the one you want.

I bought this for my parent's place in assisted living. They were downsizing and I wanted to help them maximize every inch. I was able to get rid of a table lamp to free up some surface area. It look nice and is adjustable. I ended up using some high-strength Velcro to put the floor switch on the back of the end table, but I also added a smart bulb so they can turn it on and off with Alexa and dim it.

This was a gift. Easy to put together and just as described. It’s not a real bright light but puts off a warm light which is perfect for the space.

Easy set up, cute reading lamp, not bright, sturdy for sure. I just wish it was a little taller. The arc starts to bend at 5feet 5 inches.. And i wishthe arc was further out. But it’s a good buy for the cost

I am totally impressed with the quality for the price. I expected it to be sort of flimsy considering how all the pieces connect together, but it is very solid. The lampshade is a nice material also, and seems nicely constructed. The bulb it comes with has that trendy filament detail, such a nice touch. Overall I am really satisfied with this purchase!
