Very good product. By following label directions for recommended daily dosage I can tell a physical difference in how my body feels, and I'm on a deload cycle of physical fitness training at the time of this review; looking forward to feeling and seeing the results the next phase of training (muscular endurance) from taking this dietary supplement.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️THIS is the BEST⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Beta flush sucks but that’s no longer a problem with these slow, sustained release tablets‼️ We LOVE having the option to manage muscle soreness overtime/overnight with these! The icy-hot tingling, hot flash & flush of beta alanine is really inconvenient at night& something my family members find unpleasant in the day so this sustained release is perfect for us. I still use granulated beta alanine pre-workout but this SR BA has found a permanent place in my stack. 👉If you take BA you also need to supplement with TAURINE as beta alanine depletes taurine.

Took this supplement in the morning before going to play tennis. Throughout the 3 hours session I was able to move about without feeling tired. Typically, I would start feeling tired and become lethargic after 2 hours, but today, I wasn't tired at all. I am attributing my performance to this supplement because I was moving really well today and getting to all the balls. It really felt different.Pro:- easy to swallow.- seems to last for at least 3 hours.- I felt a difference in performance and endurance.

These American Supplements Sustained Release Beta-Alanine tablets have become my trapeze safety net! I started taking two a day, and let me tell you, I have been feeling the muscle growth. The sustained release does make it feel like my body is absorbing the formula more effectively as it keeps me energized throughout the daily mom-strength-required activities!I've gone through a myriad of strength and endurance supplements but this one hasn't made me into a grumpy lion tamer just yet. Plus, it comes with a tamper-proof seal, which, as a mom, I really appreciate for safety reasons.However, my niece, the Tinder-swiping free spirit, tells me that other similar products have independent lab testing, giving them a bit of extra credibility. This one doesn't. Also, this product indicates the absence of Chinese ingredients, which is oddly reassuring but let's just say it's not exactly a standing ovation.So, while the tablets are easy to ingest and the formula hasn't made me roar (yet), the lack of outside testing is a bit of a balancing-act and keeps me from somersaulting to the 5-star mark.

So far this has worked to increase my energy during and post-exercise and I believe it has actually helped reduce my muscle fatigue after my workouts.The capsules are fresh & clean; no sign of any contaminants.Look great & they are easy for me to swallow with no digestive issues whatsoever.I would recommend this!

Beta-Alanine has noticeable effects on my endurance levels at high dosages. These capsules are a great way to take Beta-Alanine effectively if you want to avoid the flushing and tingling sensation.

I ordered this product to supplement my daily strength training regimen. So far, so good. Recommended!
