Good quality for the price.
Impressed. Good price and good quality. Tech support is also excellent with help setting it up. Sent an email and got a reply back within 5 min.Not sure what the underlying OS is (probably linux) but it is very smooth and not laggy.I’d like to try their fusion splicer in the future.

Great customer support, fixed my issue so I’m fixing my review.
Originally had issues with the provided links to software downloads that assist with getting the test results off the OTDR, but I have to say that the speedy customer support took care of my issue right away and 100% backed their product. I have used this unit several times now and I’m pleased with my OTDR purchase. Thanks again to the customer support team!

basically good
The windows software is quite lacking, no way to switch to feet, some tabs are in Chinese only. can not print the zoomed out capture. The device itself works good.
