The first thing that I noted when I opened this box was that this water bottle is absolutely adorable. The sheep is just so cute. I like the idea in the ad that the animal toppers are interchangeable, but I didn't see where I could purchase only the bottle toppers without the bottles, so I'm not sure how feasible that is because if I have to buy the bottle to get the topper, why would I need to interchange them? Notwithstanding that, I still think this bottle is adorable.The second thing that I noted was that in the hands of a toddler, my poor sheep topper would likely not last very long. The little ears would be goners for sure. But it's simple enough to just remove the lid or the topper before passing it along and the problem is solved. The topper itself feels high quality, so I would think that this would not even be an issue for the animals that don't have easily grabable ears or parts sticking out.I also like the included flexible straw. It does not come with a straw cleaner, so you'll need one if you don't already have one. The straw is good for home use, but less practical on the go. There is nowhere on the bottle to store the straw, and when you store it inside the bottle, you have to dig it out with your fingers every time you open it because the sealed lid pushes it down into the bottle when it closes. Not something that I want to do when I'm out at the beach or on the trail and may not be able to wash my hands as often as I would like.The bottle itself has a nice soft feel coating all around and an antislip base, which is great. The water stayed cold for several hours in our high heat and humidity climate, and there was absolutely no metallic taste leeching into the water at any point. The 16oz size is perfect for easily slipping into a bag when on the go. The lid seals tight and there was never a worry about leaks. The triple wall construction meant that there was also zero condensation on the exterior of the bottle, so you can confidently drop it into a bag with other things without having to worry about water everywhere on all of your stuff.For function and useability, this bottle is absolutely perfect for us. The fun and unique features (specifically the interchangeable animal heads and the soft straw) are where it falls a little short of expectations.

Kids water bottle with an animal topper as the lid of which I choose the lamb. The straw inside is made of a flexible silicone type material and is a bit loner than the bottle is tall allowing kids to get all of the liquid without having to open the bottle. The inside of the bottle is made of stainless steel as is the weighted bottom. It is BPA free, food safe, and can be placed in the dishwasher for easy sanitization. Both the animal shaped lid and the outside of the bottle have a soft silicone making it soft in your kids hands and keeping condensation from accumulating on the bottle. I like the fact that the bottom is made of stainless steel to weight the bottle down while featuring a silicon circle which is a tiny bit taller than the metal bottom so that it won't scratch surfaces and stays put even when wet. I also like that this bottle is freezer safe allowing you freeze the contents for longer trips or to use to make a slushy type beverage by shaking the bottle periodically to mix up the contents as it freezes. It was hit with the kids and I'll likely have to buy a few more so when I have multiple nieces and nephews over they can all use one without anyone feeling left out due to getting a boring cup or adult water bottle. The inside of the top has something in the middle which is has a few different parts most of which are made of silicone. The part closest to the top seems to have vents with a silicone ring around the stainless steel button at the bottom of this mechanism. I'm guessing this system does a few things. I think gives weight to the lid making it more durable, creates the leak proof system, as well as allowing the liquid to flow into the lid without being able to spill out or get caught between the lid and a traditional gasket.If I had to find a con to this item it would be the fact that the opening is relatively narrow for adult hands to clean inside, especially on the lid given the space in the space between the screw taps and the insert. I have several bottle and straw brushes which fit inside this easily and allow me to clean it more throughly when the kids have juice or other sticky drinks.

Only about 16 ounces, plus or minus. Steel, but still needs handwashing, since there are enough little margins here and there that might be vulnerable to heat and pressurised water in a dishwashing machine.The head does come off the cap for easier stowing and washing. The straws my bottle came with are silicone, too, but did not have the topper to make a sipper nozzle, so these are just wide mouth bottles for me/target user.Fits a backpack nicely for any kid that needs a water bottle for school, but the bottle may become a point of contention either because a kid might lose it, or other kids might want it.

The design of this bottle is so cute, and I am completely attracted by its cuteness, but the problem is that the head can be twisted out easily, so I am worried that after using it for a long time, it will not be firm, and will it lose its cuteness?
