POOR QUALITY, and POOR SUPPORT
The brakes were broken on it when I got it out of the box. I am still fighting with the company for a solution. This is cheap broken junk, and no quality checks before it goes in the box. If you care about your kids don't buy this poorly made electric bike!

Fun and Exciting
Shipping was quick, got it in a few days. Bike was secured pretty good (Be prepared to spend about half an hour disassembling the shipping frame). Was fairly simple to put together just wish the instructions had complete info and replacement parts list. I reached out to customer service at MotoTec as well and Chad was quick to respond. Two thumbs up for customer service. Would recommend MotoTec.

The minibike itself is fine. Not for adults. Seller only sells these.
The minibike itself is fine. Not an adult size minibike unless your 5'5" or smaller. If it comes with defects be prepared to reach out to the manufacturer yourself. This seller is exactly that a seller and will tell you to reach out to the manufacturer for help.

Excellent support
I originally had posted a negative review because the bike wouldn’t run. Turns out the problem was the battery plug had disconnected. Support was phenomenal. The bike is awesome.
