I have tried their lower model which has dedicated sponge that was good but for longer it makes the leg swallowen so I returned it and placed a new order with this model and this model only has good air pressure and dedicated remote make easy to use. The shiatsu method of massaging gives is pain relief. I can get this massager to any other with the portability handle and overall performance of this product was good so it is a value for money product
