Great gift! Love the leather hanger, looks premium. The quality of the calendar is just as expected from the picture.

Great for me, not for my dad
Personally, I love this. Puts things into perspective and helps me be more intentional with what I want to do, accomplish, or even just relax, because dang it, I’m 3/4 of the way full 😳Haven’t shown it to my dad because his would be nearly full and I think it wouldn’t be a celebration, it would be depressing for him. The great thing is that it doesn’t say what it is, so I can display it without having anyone exclaim “oh my, you don’t have many weeks left!”

Amazing!
Nice product!! I love crossing off every week that passes by. It really makes me try to live life to the fullest! It’s easy to use, good product for the money, and it’s beautiful to look at!

Laser-Engraved on Scrap Wood
The idea is interesting, but the execution is just a laser-engraved grid on a scrap piece of wood. It is ultimately pretty hard to actually mark off weeks with a marker or pen that does not end up bleeding because of the wood grain. I personally advise going with a paper or digital version of this kind of calendar instead.

For Gary Vee fans
Love it! Ive been using a similar technique for a while in my daily planner but it’s much cooler to have it in this format instead. Well-made piece of plywood with laser engraved life calendar and leather strap. If you’re not aware of your own death, how can you possibly live? You should try it!

Hard to color in
Hard to color in perfectly so looks a little haphazard. Also a bit expensive for quality. Cool idea tho

Striking way to view mortality or track goals
This product is a wooden placard with a grid of empty box printed on it. Every 10th row and column are numbered for simplicity and ease of use; there are 52 columns and 90 rows. Each row represents a year of your life, and each column a week within that year, so each row contains 52 squares for the 52 wks of that year. Find the row that represents your age and look at how many rows (years) or weeks (boxes) have passed; it is quite striking to see it in the perspective of the average life expectancy (approximately, in developed countries).I guess how you use this calendar is up to you. You could simply fill in each week as it passes, or use it to track a goal i.e. only fill in the weeks that you met your goal, or use different colors for different meanings (again to track a goal or ?? for example, if the goal is reading or walking, use different colors to record the amount of time spent doing the activity). This product is good quality, solid wood with a nice leather hanging strap which is solidly screwed into the board, however I find the price to be a bit on the high side for the overall product so I took off a star.
