My chiropractor use something similar on me about five years ago. It was a sheet I have tried it with the sheet, but I’m looking forward to using this strap!

This device is very comfortable and good quality. I get great stretches with it and feel very safe. The chin strap has held over 40 lbs of resistance as I hook it up to my lat pull down machine. No rough edges, no scratching from seams or velcro. Pads are cushioned and soft. My back and neck feel great and the pinched nerve in my shoulder is getting less aggravated.

Be carefull using it, but it works real well.

This has a good size to it and my bowling ball sized head fits just fine in it. All the stitching on this was well done and the hook n loop strap holds well with it. The handle keeps everything part when using it. Very good for a gentle stretch, or more of a cracking motion.
