Works better than pyridoxine. Far more effective and stronger. I only need half a tablet a day after taking 500mg of pyridoxine. Came quickly and well packaged. Just be careful that you don't take too much as too much is as harmful as too little. I certainly have more energy, reduced tremor and better co-ordination (from FND). Hopefully longer term it will help my immune system and reduce my migraines too. So impressed.

Excellent form of vitamin B6 if you need a high dose or find you don't absorb pyridoxine hydrochloride well. No nerve side effects (tingling fingers etc. as sometimes happens with less absorbable forms).Minimal packaging so less waste and lower cost.

Awaiting results of taking the product P-5-P. I've been taking it since May 2022 and I have heard it could take a year of taking P-5-P for my trigger finger to be cured - if it works for me. So far there has been some improvement.

I have these to help with trigger finger, they work, they are small, easy to swallow and don't taste nasty

These are great tablets. However... I realised that I seemed to be getting through the packet quickly even on just one a day so I counted what I had left, then worked out what I'd already taken and it's 12 short. Not good. So I only received 108 tablets, not 120. So knocking a star off.
