Delicious Tahini ! I was a pig and gulped it down so it stuck in my gullet and had to drink plenty of water !

Creamy
I had previously bought this brand tahini from Amazon and it was completely inedible, and had to be thrown away. I spoke to customer service who provided a refund and said they would look into the quality issue with the product. I decided to risk trying purchasing again and so glad I did as the product that arrived is creamy and one of the best tahini I have tried.

This product/batch should be recalled
I tried other varieties of Biona Tahini (Black and Demeter) and decided to try this one as well (White 170g pack of 6).I opened a jar and tried to mix it with a spoon. It was a gym job. Hard labour. In the end I couldn't mix it and it was coming out as block. Texture, smell and taste all led to one conclusion: This is a bad dangerous consuming product and should be recalled. Probably this batch but it is enough to put me off Biona products or from Amazon. Expiry in 2026.I emailed Biona to inform them of my experience and alert them but they didn't even bother to reply. That's a definite bye bye from me. Never Biona again.

Very nice, though not from roasted seeds
Very good quality tahini with a lovely flavour. Only thing to be aware of is that the stuff usually stocked by supermarkets is made from roasted sesame seeds. This appears to be made from uncooked. Thought this worth confirming for anyone else who wasn’t sure, based on the packaging information.

Great taste and quality. I have been regularly using it for making hummus or just as is on a toast with honey!
