Beware if you have asthma or breathing issues.
I wasnt aware that sea moss can induce asthma attacks. After taking it for 2 weeks, i had back-to-back asthma attacks so i quit taking it after talking to my doctor. Just beware when taking stuff like this, don't be like me and make sure you do research before taking anything.
