Fun little gift
The wings were comfortable to wear and easy to adjust the straps. They were also surprisingly durable despite their delicate appearance. My daughter received numerous compliments throughout the night, and many people were asking where they could get a pair for themselves. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase

Motor doesn’t work
The motor doesn’t work so it did not light up continuously, nor do they move or play music.

Great for kids who love fairies and dress-up. Takes some putting together though.
I just gave these to my niece for her birthday and she was thrilled with them - she’s at that age where little girls love all things ‘unicorn, fairy and mermaid’. It’s also Halloween in a few days so she’s going to be wearing them for Trick or Treat too. Then only thing I would say is that I was a bit surprised when i looked in teh box because the wings come in a lot of separate pieces that have to be clipped together and the LED lights have to be threaded onto them. It’ll take a bit of adult supervision and some time and effort to put them together - but I think they’ll be worth it in the end. They don’t come with the necessary batteries included.

Magical LED fairy wings
These LED fairy wings elevate the imaginative play experiences of the kids. These vibrant dress-up LED fairy wings can give a child's role-playing a little bit of magic as they continuously flap, resembling genuine butterflies in the sunlight. The gift-worthy toy is appropriate for children aged 4 to 12 and lets children change into castle princesses or forest elves.Although the setup requires effort, it has also become part of the fun. In addition, the wings feature adjustable shoulder straps for a comfortable fit. What’s nice is it’s reusable, making them ideal for various occasions like princess parties, Halloween dress-ups, and school performances. In summary, they're comfortable to wear and offer a charming appearance that truly sparks creativity.

Beautiful.
It's funny really, when I first looked at these upon their arrival, I wondered whether they might be a bit 'chunky', but upon putting them together, they're actually robust, but definitely not too chunky. The movement is captivating, again, I didn't really know what to expect - but there is a delicate, almost magical quality about the movement. With a little tinkering, I was able to disconnect the speaker, which for some reason you're not able to do by other means - (3 minutes of the music and you too will be reaching for a screwdriver) but for me, with this disabled, they became something that provided much more enjoyment than I thought they would. After installing the lights, you see te true beauty of the wings and here is where the true value is, in my opinion.

Can't stop the music.
These arrive in a pretty printed cardboard box measuring approx 29.5cm x 22cm x 9cm.It would be easy to wrap & a kid who loves fairy wings will adore these. You need some time set aside to assemble these as they come in many parts. You get an illustrated instruction guide & you will need it, but it takes a while to get these built. You might want to consider assembling them when kids are not around. You have 4 identical frames, 2 for top wings, 2 for bottom wings. You need to add 2 extra bits to the top wings. On one side of each frame. You then fit the 4 semi opaque rainbow coloured shiny plastic to the frames, clipping them on with plastic strips (4 each on the top wings, 3 on the bottom ones).Holding one top wing & one bottom wing, you slot them into the socket on the backpack which holds the batteries. You then have a string of lights to add to each side, which thread through 21 small loops on the strips you have added with one end plugging into the battery pack & the other end loose - following the guide on the image really helps to get this done for each wing. You also need a small crossheaded screwdriver to open the battery pack which takes 4 AA batteries (not included). Finally, you have 2 shoulder straps to hook onto the battery pack which sits in the centre of your back & has the on/off button at the top end.Turning these on initially made me really happy. They look brilliant with the static lights & the flapping wings.Unfortunately, within 5 minutes I was starting to feel stressed out. It's the music. It never ever ends & is a loop only a few seconds long. It's so upbeat & cheery it makes you want to break things after a bit.Its LOUD with no way to stop it as long as the wings are flapping.Within a day I was hearing the flipping thing like the worlds worst earworm. If you want the lights & the flapping (which are FABULOUS), you have to have the music too.I can hear it from another room.I can't hear the radio or tv over it.It's driving me slowly mad. This would be a 5 star item if you could disable the music. As it is, I wouldn't gift this to someone unless I wanted their parents to hate me because no adult is going to be able to endure the chirpy earworm these pump out.If you don't turn them on, you might as well get a cheaper pair that don't flap but at least have lights. If you turn them on you will want to live in headphones or banish your children to the bottom of the garden while they play with this. It's so nice, but you can't stop the music & that's a massive problem for me.
