I bought this for an older person to use as it is safer than her current choice of step. I like the handle and that it cannot close accidentally but when closing it for someone with less dexterity it is a little fiddly

This stool is sso handy to use in my kitchen for reaching ites on the top shelf of the units ad also for when I am cleaning the shelves and I need to reach righ to the back and into corners.It fold very flat and so takes up very little space in my broom cupboard and it feels safe and sturdy especially with the handle to steady myself when getting down

I have arthritis and getting up and down from a chair has become impossible. So I decided to get some steps. Going by the reviews and looking at many others. I decided on this pair. They really do fold down flat so can be very easily stored. They feel very stable and sturdy. I have been able to go up the steps very easily and best of all no pain. I have been taking curtains down, washing them, then putting them back up. Till now this has been impossible. They are not too heavy to carry even with arthritis in my hands. I will now be able to clean my fish tanks as they are high it was another problem. I would totally recommend these, they are so good and you feel totally confident that they are stable and have no problems putting them down or up. And if you have arthritis in your knees and are limited by Hight, these are perfect not too high first step and ok if need to go up to top step, the same down.I feel like my independence has been given back.
