Excellent. Does What It Says!
Excellent product! If you take it according to the instructions, your appetite will diminish greatly. At least mine did, and many other things haven’t worked for me. I usually take it no less than 30 minutes before each meal, and try to drink at least 8oz water with it. I haven’t noticed any unpleasant side effects and I’ve taken it off and on for over a year. Would highly recommend you give it a try.

Great appetite suppressant, didn’t notice much weight loss
I tried this product and noticed after about a week that it really does help to curb your appetite. I suggest eating it AFTER your meals as if you eat it before caused me a bit of a nauseous feeling. I would recommend for those that over eat or find themselves excessively snacking in the evenings
